Extremely thankful to have chanced upon Mii FoodService. There were a couple of distributor selling Vitamix however, our company has decided to purchase 2 of our machines from there. Whenever there was issues or concerns pertaining to the machine, the sales reps were quick to answer.
The after sale service that was provided by them were definitely above and beyond of their duties. They would personally come to down to my shop a couple of times and even on weekends. Mii’s order fulfillment gives Amazon serious a run for their money. I ordered a Vitamix Vita-Prep 3 at 1pm and it teleported here at 6pm. Same day delivery is passe. The sales rep dropped a ton of tips on how to properly use the blender, which I appreciate. He knows that buyers like me don’t read manuals.
I started using the Vitamix immediately upon receipt (without reading the manual of course). It sounds like a fighter jet but it makes my smoothies so creamy that I’m loving every sonic boom! Four thumbs up. Thank you!
